Ceramic fiber module is folded and pressed by professional technical workers with Eagles blankets or blankets pieces. The produce course use special module facility to keep the precise size, and the modules can be connected to furnace with firm wares, it’s easy to install and construct.
Ceramic fiber module is crossed with heatproof steel pole and connected with steel board on the back of module, it can be connected directly with the furnace shell. The module is packed and defined the exact specification. When the modules are fixed on the furnace shell, to cancel the packing belt, they’re expanded and pressed each other to form a complex of heat insulation lining without cracks. All of the metal pieces don’t bear high temperature for they’re in the cold face of the furnace lining.

Anchoring system :
The metal wares are provided with the modules. There are ASTM304 and ASTM310 of the normal heatproof steel, it accords to the customer demand about other heatproof steel, the firm wares can also be provided alone.
Specification: normal size 305x305mm, thickness100-305mm, they’re produced with 25mm blankets. It accords to the customer demand about the other specification.
