Ceramic Fiber Vacuum Forming Shapes
Description:
The ceramic fiber vacuum forming products are made from refractory fiber mixer with the vacuum forming craft, the aim to explore this kind of products is to make different shape products which possess the excellent functions of high temperature and self-supported strength. According to the different composition, the work temperature of products can be divided into 1260,1400,1500 and 1600℃. Under some once-use conditions, the work temperature could exceed its limit for short time. The shaped pieces also can be produced with high-strength prescription which make it have higher strength and density. Its thermal function has strong resistance even to metal melting of aluminum liquid. All of the shaped products would shrink within its work temperature limit, and keep the characteristics of heat insulation, lightweight and thermal shock resistance, these are the features of Eagles fiber. It’s easy to cut and process for the shaped products without burnt. When using, it’s not soaked by most of the metal melting.
Application:
Troughs of aluminum wares industry
Middle block of special alloy smelting,
Burning room
Every kind of laboratory electric stove
Heat radiate insulation of civil and industry heating installment
Special treatment:
Surface hardening or blakite can be printed on the vacuum forming products for protected coating, the use temperature could reach 1260℃. It can provide completely rigidizer material of the 1260 vacuum forming products according to the customer demand.
Shape and supply:
There are several kinds of size and shape of the forming products, including tube shape, cone shape, round top shape and square box shape, most of forming products can be produced according to customer demand, but some kinds can be stored for the customers, such as the casting cover and cover pipe used in metal industry. We’ ll send the quotation after receiving the drawings with size.
